Zanna started gymnastics at 10 years old. At age 5, she was enrolled in recreational gymnastics for about 2 months, but decided to focus on beauty pageants. From the cheer floor to the gymnastics floor was a dream that was inspired by Gabby Douglas. Coming from 1 lb 12 oz at birth to 112 lbs now, Zanna has shown her strength to be able to fight through the toughest times. While enjoying competing all 4 events, the floor exercise is her favorite because it allows her to show her personality and to have fun. Hard work , dedication, and her love for floor exercise rewarded her to be #1 in the America's Top 100 Level 9 Floor Score (9.850) in 2018. Also, in 2018 at Level 9 Western Championships, she placed 2nd on vault, floor, and All Around and 1st on beam. For level 8 in 2017, she was the Texas State Champion for vault and placed 2nd All Around. Three years in a row (2014-2016), she was Floor Champion and All Around Champion at Texas State Championships.
