Lydia started competing Level 3 just before her 8th birthday. The following year she competed Levels 4, 5 and 6 and also 9 y/o TOPS testing, earning a spot on the TOPS B team. At 10 Lydia competed Level 7 and also made the TOPS A team, earning third place in physical abilities at camp. In 2018 she competed Level 8 and did well, taking second place at States and in the Region 1 championships. In 2019 she had a strong Level 9 season, winning all of her regular season competitions and taking first at State. Coming back from an injury in 2020 she repeated Level 9 until COVID ended the season. Lydia competed Level 10 in 2021, placing third at Region One Regionals and qualifying for nationals, where she placed 14th in the Junior B division.
