About the Meet: The 2014 CUP event will host 2 gyms of simultaneous competition for 2 days beginning 8AM Saturday and ending on Sunday evening. Meet Format: All Sessions of the The CUP are run in a Modified Capitol Cup Format. - Gymnasts will warm-up an event, then compete that event before moving to next event. - Gymnasts will warm-up for floor on a tumbling strip, and the be allowed a 30 second touch on competition floor. Schedule of Events will be posted by Nov 17th, 2014. Meet Equipment: We use only AAI equipment, supplied by Midwest Gym Supply
