My Biography
Gymnastics has taught me that with hard work and dedication great things can be achieved. Every since I was 4 years I was doing cartwheels and handstands around the house. At age 8, my parents enrolled me at a local gym for trampoline and tumbling. The next year I was competing for USAG Trampoline and Tumbling and soon became a level 10 T&T. In 2012, I achieved the Jr. Elite score for Power Tumbling and decided that I wanted a sport with more challenges. During the summer of 2013, I signed up for a summer camp for men's gymnastics and fell in love with the sport and all the challenges it brings.

On November 2013, I was in my first competition as a level 5 gymnast where I received 1st place all around...what a feeling!!. I knew I had found my passion! I had a very successful gymnastics year as a level 5 competing for South Florida Gymnastics. I won 1st place all around at States and at Regional. On August 2014, my coach, who is always challenging me to reach higher and be the best athlete that I can be, challenged me to complete as a level 8 the next season, 2014-2015. I took on the challenge and just completed a very successful year as a level 8, taking 1st place at Whitlow Invitational, Peachtree, at Florida States and at Regionals (Region 8). Level 8 brought many challenges and hard work. I think life is boring without challenges and this is why men's gymnastics is the perfect sport for me.
Gymnastics has taught me to work hard for what I want to achieve, that failures and falls are part of the journey and that in life and gymnastics you have to pay attention to all the details to be successful. My favorite event is floor because is fast paced and releases all my extra energy and because it combines strength, flexibility and artistic skills. Gymnastics is my passion.
